Testimonials

Hi Jinjee, I subscribed to your Raw Paradigms channel late last week, and I am SO glad I did!! I LOVE your shows - I've already made both the raw tacos and the herb salad for my husband and I, and they were huge hits! Keep those kitchen shows coming!!!! I also watched Storm's "Men's Corner" and found it very enlightening, as was your documentary. :) I think the only thing I haven't watch yet is the Circular Workout, and that's only been due to time constraints...Debra Thompson

Hi Jinjee and Storm,

I just watched your first tv show on the Raw diet and the making of taco's. I really really liked it, my husband Paul and I are trying out the raw diet (for 2 months now) but are afraid to go completely raw in case of missing out on nutrients.

I really want to eat good, I'm so happy there's actually your show now which tells about combining foods and what an adult male or female needs a day (and kids of course) when eating raw.

Your show is relaxing to watch and has a nice homey feel to it. I like that you don't dehydrate, soak, sprout etc. like so many others seem to do (I'm Dutch and translating all that stuff in books on sprouting and so on makes it really complicated). Please make more shows like this! After watching your show I do feel more relaxed now on eating raw and not missing out on vitamins etc. Maybe the raw food diehards will allready know about all of this, but for the raw food freshman it's really important stuff.

Storm has a nice, clear voice and is easy to follow, even for me for whom english is a foreign language.

One question though; the taco's looked so good, but young coconuts (never seen one before in my life) is something you absolutely can't buy over here. Is there an alternative we could use?

I'm happy I subscribed to your tv website, looking forward to more or in Dutch 'ik kijk uit naar meer',

Yanthe

Dear Yanthe,

Thank you so much for the feedback!!!

You can buy young coconuts from any Asian Market. They should have some in Amsterdam. Also you can order from http://www.Orkos.com in Germany -they ship all over Europe.

Yours,

Jinjee and Storm

Dear Jinjee and Storm,
Wow! Storm’s presentation for the “Raw Vegan Kitchen” was wonderful. He has such a nice, soothing voice and he explained how to make raw vegan tacos by dividing up the recipe into easy steps. I love the homey atmosphere of your kitchen and the fact that your family was included in the footage. Great idea to keep the food processor and blender in the background so the camera crew didn’t pick up the intensity of the sound of the raw vegan kitchen equipment. It seems like most vegans/raw vegans are single people or married without children, so I wanted to find out if it is possible to move a family with 5 young children to a vegan diet that included lots of raw foods. Your website, daily e-mails and the new cooking show are inspiring and filled with great information on a raw vegan diet. I frequently use your website as a support system! I will be sending you some photos of my children eating fruit for the “Take a Fruit Break” campaign. What a great campaign!
Thanks,
Kimberly

Hi Kimberly,
Yes, yes, yes, I think you can definitely do the raw family thing! The younger the children the easier for them to adjust! If you happen to have some land and can grow some food that makes it 10 times easier too! With a big family you might enjoy our article about eating raw on a budget in our Pear Magazine Online! Jinjee
